PC WON'T TURN ON?
Ensure the switch on the power supply is turned on and the cable is fully inserted into the power supply and the wall. If you have your PC plugged into a surge protector, ensure your surge protector is on.
PC TURNS ON BUT NO DISPLAY?
Ensure the HDMI or DisplayPort cable is fully plugged into the GPU (the ports below the motherboard or USB ports on the back) and the monitor is plugged in and on.
NO AUDIO?
Ensure your headphones/speakers are plugged into the right headphone jack. On the back it would be the green port, on the front it would be the jack with the headphone logo. Ensure you selected the correct speaker in Windows (Go to Settings > Sound then choose your headphones or speaker). If you are using USB headphones, ensure your connected to the internet so the drivers can (in most cases) automatically download or go to your headphone manufacturers website to download their software.
Some issues can be fixed by ensuring all the connectors on your motherboard are plugged in fully, sometimes these can become loose in shipping. If you decide to ensure the connectors are firmly in place unplug the computer, turn off the power supply, and press the power button to ensure any electricity is gone from the system. Then, place the computer on a flat surface such as a table (we suggest doing this in a non-carpeted area) and remove the thumb screws. After, you can proceed to ensure the cables are fully connected.
