At STRX Technologies we close our business at certian times, whether that be for holidays, emergencies, extreme weather, or other reasons we may not be able to reply to your initial contact.
After we return to the office (the date is normally stated in the voicemail or autoreply email) we handle requests in the order they were received. However, the Support Tickets on the help center take priority. We are committed to replying to you same day however if there is a line of requests, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
