As stated in the Return Policy and Terms of Service ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You can, however, request a cancellation if you suspect fraud.
You have 24-48 hours to send a claim for fraud to [email protected] a representative will collect information and send you any required forms to sign. DO NOT INITIATE A CHARGEBACK! If you initiate a chargeback on ANY order, we will send all information to our Payment Processers, Legal Team, and Debt Collection Agencies.
